CAR SALES MANAGER – EAST

SALARY £25,000 – £30,000 BASIC EXCELLENT OTE

My client is looking for a Car Sales Manager to oversee their prestige Sales Department based in your local area.

Your duties as a Car Sales Manager will include:

* The day to day running of the Sales Department
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Sales Management
* Maximising profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
