Car Sales Controller – Motor Trade

Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £18,000 – £36,000

My client, a established main dealership, is looking for a Car Sales Controller to oversee their Sales Department based in Norwich, Norfolk.

Your duties as a Car Sales Controller will include:

* The day to day running of the Sales Team
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Sales Management
* Maximizing profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
