SERVICE ADVISOR – NORFOLK

SALARY £18,000 – £20,000 BASIC + OTE

Are you a dynamic Service Advisor with main car dealership experience? Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you based in or around Norwich, Norfolk? My prestige client is recruiting NOW!

As a Service Advisor you can expect to earn between £18,000 – £20,000 pa + Bonus! You will also be sent on any relevant manufacturing training courses to develop your career!

As a Service Advisor you will be the point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles into the workshop. You will be there to guide them through the entire process whilst their vehicle is with you.

Your main duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Clarifying works that need to be carried out to vehicles and keeping the customer informed
* Handling telephone enquiries
* Quoting on works that need to be carried out
* Invoicing
* Up-selling service/parts products
* Maintaining customer satisfaction in line with dealer standards

As a Service Advisor you must be professional, customer focused and be able to cope in a fast pace environment under pressure.
You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate to your customers by building relationships with them.

Main car dealership experience is essential!
