My client, a high volume Main Dealership, is looking for an experienced Car Sales Manager to oversee their Sales Department based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Your duties will include

* The day to day running of the Car Sales Department
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Sales Management
* Maximizing profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
