EXPECTANT SALARY EARNINGS £25,000 BASIC UP-TO £55,000 OTE + CAR
My client, a volume main dealership based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, is looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Manager for their busy Sales team.
Your duties as a Car Sales Manager will include:
* The day to day running of the Sales Department
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Sales Management
* Maximizing profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards
You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
