Commercial Sales Manager – Motor Trade

Salary: £5,000 basic Excellent OTE

My client, a established main dealership, is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to oversee their Sales Department based in Essex.

Your duties as a Commercial Sales Manager will include:

* The day to day running of the Commercial Sales Department
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Sales Management
* Maximizing profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
