DEALER PRINCIPAL – CROYDON

SALARY £60,000 – £70,000 BASIC UP-TO £120,000 OTE

Are you an experienced Brand Manager, Dealer Principal, General Manager or Head of Business looking for a new challenge?

My client, a prestige Main Dealership, is looking for a new Dealer Principal to oversee their branch in Croydon, Surrey.

Your duties will include

* The day to day running of the Dealership
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Brand Management
* Overseeing the management of the Dealership staff
* Maximising profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
