Car Sales Manager – Motor Trade

Location: Suffolk

Salary: £30,000 – £35’000 basic Excellent OTE of up to £60k

My client, a established main dealership, is looking for a General Car Sales Manager to oversee their Sales Department based in Suffolk

Your duties as a General Car Sales Manager will include:

* The day to day running of the Sales Department
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Sales Management
* Maximizing profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
