GENERAL SALES MANAGER – NORWICH

SALARY £30,000 BASIC + COMMISSION + COMPANY CAR

Are you an experienced General Sales Manager looking for a new challenge?

My client, a prestige Main Dealership, is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to oversee their Sales Department based in Norwich, Norfolk.

Your duties will include

* The day to day running of the Sales Department
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Sales Management
* Maximising profitability of the business whilst maintaining high customer standards
* Maintaining KPI and CSI standards

You must be customer focused, be highly motivated and target driven, have strong organisational and management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced sales environment.
