PARTS ADVISOR – MANSFIELD

SALARY £16,000 – £18,000 PA + BONUS

My client, a small main dealership based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, seeks an experienced Parts Advisor looking to progress their career to become a Parts Manager to join their team to help provide top quality service to customers that visit our parts counter. Our Parts Advisor role in this dealership involves:

• Optimising the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail Customers, Sales Department customers and workshop customers.
• Meeting the needs of parts customers and increasing all aspects of the parts business through direct selling.
• Ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied at all stages
• Confirmation and explanation of all paperwork to customers
• Invoice preparation and full explanation of the parts to the customer
• Arrange collection times and methods of payment
• Agree and arrange future contact appointments

You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work as part of a team and as an individual and able to converse with customers both over the telephone and face-to-face.
