SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR – BEDFORD

SALARY – £23,000 – £27,000 + EXCELLENT OTE

My client, a prestige main dealer based in  Bedford, Bedfordshire is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team.

As a Senior Service Advisor you will be the point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles into the workshop. You will be there to guide them through the entire process whilst their vehicle is with you.

Your main duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting customers

* Clarifying works that need to be carried out to vehicles and keeping the customer informed

* Handling telephone enquiries

* Quoting on works that need to be carried out

* Invoicing

* Up-selling service/parts products

* Maintaining customer satisfaction in line with dealer standards

* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Service department and workshop

* Allocating work to the technicians in the workshop

As a Senior Service Advisor you must be professional, customer focused and be able to cope in a fast pace environment under pressure.

You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate to your customers by building relationships with them.
