An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join the busy main dealership in the West Midlands.
You will be identifying customer needs both face to face and on the telephone, controlling the output of work in the Service Department and invoicing work done so communication skills and a good working knowledge of the business will be vital. You will need good customer focus skills and be able to keep promises made to customers.
A motor vehicle/technical background and Kerridge experience is advantageous. As this position is extremely demanding you should be enthusiastic, flexible, committed and be able to use your own initiative. A driving license is essential.
