Role: Workshop Controller – Bodyshop

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Salary: negotiable

My client, an established bodyshop, is seeking a Workshop Controller for their busy Workshop in Swindon, Wiltshire.
This position will suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a demanding role. You will be responsible for a team of technicians and be in charge of delegating the workshop load. You will also be responsible for liaising with the body-shop reception with reference to vehicles in the workshop and informing them of additional works to be carried out.

The ideal candidate must have worked previously as a workshop controller and have excellent organisational and management skills as well as having a “hands on” approach.

Experience in the Motor Trade is preferred but not essential.
